SRINAGAR — Militants on Saturday evening shot at and injured a non-local labourer in the Arihal area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, official sources said.
They said that militants fired indiscriminately upon a non-local labourer identified as Mohammad Akram son of Abdul Salam resident of Bijnor UP at Arihal area of southern Pulwama. In this incident, he (non-local) was injured and was immediately rushed to the hospital for treatment.
A police official confirmed the incident to news agency Kashmir Dot Com (KDC) and said that security forces have cordoned off the area to nab the attacks.
He said, “A case under relevant sections of law is being registered in this regardâ€. (KDC)
