BARAMULLA — Three armed forces personnel and a civilian were hospitalized after suffering from injuries during a military operation against militants in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
The operation started in the Malwah area of the district after inputs were provided by the Budgam police that militants are present in the hamlet.
Police quoted IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar saying that in the initial exchange of fire three armed forces personnel, and a civilian sustained minor injuries.
The encounter was underway till the filing of this report.
