Fahad Shah is the editor of an online and weekly print of The Kashmir Walla who was arrested by police earlier this month.
SRINAGAR — A special judge of NIA court granted interim bail to incarcerated journalist Fahad Shah on Saturday.
“The majesty of law has been upheld, the Special Court designated under the NIA act admitted @pzfahad to interim bail. The administration couldn’t dominate maliciously while the judiciary rescued him courageously. Thank you for the support from every corner and everyone,” Fahad’s lawyer, Umair Ronga, said in a tweet.
Fahad Shah is the editor of an online and weekly print of The Kashmir Walla who was arrested by police earlier this month.
Fahad was arrested by police in FIR No. 19/2022 registered by Pulwama police under 13 Unlawful Activities.
