LeT militant commander Nisar Ahmad Dar resident of Redwani Bala Kulgam has been killed in Sirhama.
SRINAGAR — Two military operations are underway in the Anantnag and Kulgam districts of south Kashmir.
One operation is already underway in Anantnag’s Sirhama village where officials have confirmed the exchange of gunfire between militants and armed forces.
A Lashkar-i-Taiba commander was killed in a military operation in Sirhama area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Saturday, police said.
Police officials said that LeT commander Nisar Ahmad Dar resident of Redwani Bala Kulgam has been killed in Sirhama.
They further said that he was involved in several crimes and killings in the area. He was active since 6th May 2021.

And another in Kulgam’s ChakiSamad area. Police have confirmed the start of an operation against militants as it took to Twitter and announced the news.
Officials said that a joint team of police and army launched a cordon and search operation in ChakiSamad following information about the presence of militants in the area.
As the joint team of forces approached the suspected spot, officials said the hiding militants fired upon them ensuing the operation.
