“From the past two years after his release from the jail, Abdul Samad Inqilabi was inactive due to his frail health.”

BANDIPORA โ€” Separatist leader Abdul Samad Inqilabi has been booked under the Public Safety Act days after his arrest from his house in Ganistan Sumbal village of North Kashmirโ€™s Bandipora district.

Inqalabi’s brother, Muhammad Yousuf, said that Abdul Samad was arrested in a nocturnal raid and was lodged at police station Sumbal.

โ€œFrom the police station, he was shifted to sub-jail Bandipora. Today in the morning, PSA was slapped over him and subsequently shifted to Kot Bhalwal Jail Jammu,โ€ he said.

He said from the past two years after his release from the jail, Abdul Samad Inqilabi was inactive due to his frail health. “We donโ€™t understand on what ground he was booked again under Public Safety Act,” his brother said. (KNT)
