The slain was identified as Rafia Nazir, a resident of Saderbal.

SRINAGAR — A 20-year old girl, who was injured in grenade blast at Amira Kadal area of Srinagar on Sunday, has succumbed to her injuries at SMHS hospital on Monday morning.

An official said that the girl identified as Rafia Nazir (20) daughter of Nazir Ahmad Tinda, a resident of Check Saderbal, succumbed to her injuries today early morning.
The death toll in the incident now has risen to 2.

Rafia was critically injured after suspected militants lobbed a grenade at Amira Kadal on Sunday afternoon.

In the incident, an elderly man was killed, while 24 others include a cop were injured.
